This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the unemployment.team website (the “Site”) provided when using the feedback form on the Site.

1. Terms

1.1. User is an individual using the Site and/or submitting information through the feedback form.

1.2. Operator is the Site administrator organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data.

1.3. Personal data is any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User.

1.4. Personal data processing is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without automation, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

1.5. Dissemination of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite group of persons.

1.6. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Policy applies to all information received by the Operator when the User uses the Site, including information sent through the feedback form.

2.2. By sending information through the form on the Site, the User confirms that they act voluntarily, provide data personally and/or on lawful grounds, and that the information provided is accurate.

2.3. If the User provides personal data of third parties, the User confirms that the necessary consents of such persons for transferring their personal data to the Operator have been obtained.

3. Categories and scope of personal data processed

3.1. The Operator processes personal data provided by the User by filling in and submitting the feedback form on the Site, namely: name; email address; phone number if provided by the User; Telegram identifier/username if provided; message content (text of the inquiry, project description, or question).

3.2. The Operator does not process biometric personal data or special categories of personal data, including data on racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life.

3.3. The Site does not use cookie files or other similar technologies to identify Users.

3.4. The Site has no registration or personal accounts.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.1. Personal data are processed by the Operator solely for the following purposes: receiving, registering, and reviewing user inquiries (requests); communicating back to the User, including preparing and sending a response on the merits of the inquiry; preparing a commercial proposal and agreeing on the terms of possible services at the User's request.

5. Legal grounds for personal data processing

5.1. Personal data processing is based on the consent of the personal data subject.

5.2. Consent is deemed provided at the moment the feedback form is submitted on the Site by performing conclusive actions aimed at transferring personal data to the Operator.

5.3. If the User provides personal data of third parties, the User confirms that they have legal grounds for such transfer and have obtained the necessary consents.

6. Procedure and conditions of personal data processing

6.1. Personal data processing is carried out using automated means and/or without automation.

6.2. The Operator processes personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in section 4 of the Policy and does not allow processing of personal data excessive in relation to those purposes.

6.3. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data, except in cases provided by applicable law.

6.4. The Operator does not disseminate personal data.

7. Retention periods for personal data

7.1. Personal data are processed and stored no longer than required to achieve the processing purposes specified in section 4, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

7.2. Personal data received via the feedback form are stored for 1 year from the date of the last interaction regarding the inquiry, after which they are deleted and/or destroyed unless further storage is required to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or by law.

7.3. Withdrawal of consent entails termination of processing unless processing can continue on other legal grounds provided by applicable law.

8. Transfer of personal data to third parties

8.1. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties exclusively in the following cases: if it is necessary to achieve the processing purposes, including the use of email and/or hosting services, provided such parties maintain confidentiality and security measures; at the request of a court or other authorized government body in cases and procedures established by law; to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in connection with violations by the User.

8.2. Transfer of personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes is not carried out.

9. Measures to ensure the security of personal data

9.1. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.

9.2. Access to personal data is granted to a limited circle of persons who need such access to achieve the processing purposes.

10. Rights of the personal data subject

10.1. The User has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data; to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data if there are grounds provided by law; to withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending a request to the contacts provided on the Site; and to exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

10.2. User requests are reviewed within the time limits established by applicable law.

11. Policy changes

11.1. The Operator may change the Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site.
